  1. LICENSE AGREEMENT

  4. 1.     GRANT OF LICENSE.  The author grants to you the right
  5.         to use and to reproduce and distribute the program("Software") 
  6.         provided that (i) the Software is not distributed 
  7.         for profit; (ii) the Software may NOT be modified; 
  8.         (iii) all copyright notices are maintained on the 
  9.         Software; and (iv) the licensee/end user agrees to be
  10.         bound by the terms of this Agreement.

  12. 2.    COPYRIGHT.  The Software is owned by the author
  13.         and is protected by United States copyright
  14.         laws and international treaty provisions. You may not 
  15.         remove the copyright notice from any copy of the 
  16.         Software or any copy of the written materials, if any, 
  17.         accompanying the Software.

  19. 3.    OTHER RESTRICTIONS.  This License Agreement
  20.         is your proof of license to exercise the rights granted
  21.         herein and must be retained by you.  You may not rent
  22.         or lease the Software.  You may not reverse engineer, 
  23.         decompile or disassemble the Software.

  25.     NO WARRANTY.  ANY USE BY YOU OF THE 
  26.         SOFTWARE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.  THE SOFTWARE 
  27.         IS PROVIDED FOR USE "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY 
  28.         OF ANY KIND.  TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED 
  29.         BY LAW, THE AUTHOR DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES 
  30.         OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, 
  31.         INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, IMPLIED 
  32.         WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS 
  33.         FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THE AUTHOR IS NOT 
  34.         OBLIGATED TO PROVIDE ANY UPDATES TO 
  35.         THE SOFTWARE.

  37.     NO LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.  In no event 
  38.         shall the author be liable for any 
  39.         damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, 
  40.         incidental, direct, indirect special and 
  41.         consequential damages, damages for loss of business 
  42.         profits, business interruption, loss of business 
  43.         information, or other pecuniary loss) arising out 
  44.         of the use or inability to use this 
  45.         product, even if the author has been advised of the 
  46.         possibility of such damages.  Because some states/
  47.         countries do not allow the exclusion or limitation 
  48.         of liability for consequential or incidental damages,
  49.         the above limitation may not apply to you.

  51.     INDEMNIFICATION BY YOU.  If you distribute the 
  52.         Software in violation of this Agreement, you agree 
  53.         to indemnify, hold harmless and defend the author 
  54.         from and against any claims or lawsuits, 
  55.         including attorney's fees that arise or result from 
  56.         the use or distribution of the Software in violation 
  57.         of this Agreement.
